Responsible for onboarding and setting up new data sources and data sets for analytics, reporting, Incentive Compensation, and support for existing brands as well as new product launches. What you will do

Lead the US commercial Data Platform as a business owner for two therapeutic areas, overseeing platform operations including data governance, data quality/hygiene, and administration to support data-driven decision making. Onboard and configure new data sources and data sets for Analytics, reporting, and Incentive Compensation. Develop data services capabilities by integrating data from varied internal sources and external stakeholders; enable data science and AI/ML capabilities to provide insights and address business problems. Develop analytics applications and collaborate with software engineers to build data processing pipelines for large datasets using AWS and Databricks; program business rules with Python, SQL, PySpark. Act as Product Owner for platform enhancement requests from cross-functional stakeholders; lead prioritization and end-to-end implementation. Collaborate with engineering teams to architect data products and ensure services are secure, reliable, maintainable, and well-integrated into existing platforms. Lead collaboration with Data Architects, Business SMEs, and Data Scientists to innovate and optimize the data ecosystem and scale architecture for future growth; pilot new tools and techniques. Review use cases, requirements, and designs to identify risk and produce technical specifications, flowcharts, and architectural diagrams for solutions. Lead new capabilities of the Data Platforms with cross-domain impact (e.g., Medical, Commercial, Compliance). May telecommute. Requirements

Masters degree

(or foreign equivalent) in Applied Data Science, Mathematics or related field plus

3 years

of experience in the following: Commercial data and analytics domain with knowledge of pharmaceutical data sets (patient-level data, sales data, claims data, Field activity, Speaker Programs). Experience implementing projects using Agile methodology. Data Engineering, Ingestion, Integration, Prototyping and Reporting using SQL, Python, Tableau, QlikView. Analyzing large-scale relational databases; data extraction and manipulation using SQL, Tableau, R, Python, Excel, Jupyter Notebook, VS Code. Implementing AI/ML libraries and building predictive models (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost, Matplotlib, statsmodels). Using big data platforms to integrate diverse datasets for insights in sales/marketing and customer engagement analytics. Data modeling, architecture, solution design and performance tuning.
