Leading large-scale SAP engagements or work streams, supervising the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions (e.g., Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing). Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met. Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Demonstrating deep technical capabilities with strong business acumen in Order-to-Cash and integrated supply chain, finance and procurement domains; staying abreast of current business and industry trends (e.g., S/4HANA with Rise, BTP clean core, SAP AI scenarios). Understanding the impact of master data and hierarchies on the OTC process and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions. Delivering quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Leading client workshops and meetings to collect user stories and establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Leading and inspiring diverse teams through feedback, coaching, and mentoring; generating new business opportunities and assessing services across EY practice areas. Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks; collaborating with teams across EY to serve client needs. Strong technical skills in application design and requirements definition; ability to translate needs into business solutions and oversee configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Bachelors degree; Masters preferred. Typically 57 years of relevant experience; at least eight years in SAP Order-to-Cash with deep SD experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC; ability to design, solution, configure, implement, and document complex WRICEF objects. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams with strong project management (e.g., SAP Activate Methodology) and a track record in delivering SAP projects. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-relevant experience in finance and technology functions; skills in training design and delivery. Willingness to travel (estimated 4060%).
