Pull applications from all recruitment sources, screen for basic criteria and input them into a tracker. Call applicants and schedule/reschedule pre-employment appointments and interviews. Communicate interview schedule to internal stakeholders. Escort visitors to appropriate places in the plant as needed for interviews, health services visits, etc. Complete Promotion Matrices for internal applicants and email for approval. Post internal job postings as needed to All Plant. File all relevant documents related to recruitment. Call and inform disqualified candidates of their status. Perform Human Resources filing as needed. Perform other tasks as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Be able to work in an office environment primarily with occasional exposure to industrial production environment. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Prior industry experience is preferred. Highly motivational and positive; considered good with people. Competent in basic office equipment computers, printers/copiers, multi-line phones, etc. Functional with basic office software Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Internet navigation, etc. Excellent organizational and time management skills, including a keen attention to detail. Superb professionalism in all forms of communication and at all times. Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner. Disciplined, confident, self-starter who can follow processes and adapt as needed. Able to work independently and be a proactive problem solver. Serve as a role model of Creekstone Proud culture for all internal and external customers. Have a willingness to continually learn and develop professionally.
