We are seeking a results-driven

Customer Success Manager - Services

to drive growth and revenue generation by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and building strong client relationships, and expanding revenue from our current service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strategic partnerships, and business expansion within the services industry. Key Responsibilities: Service Business Development:

Generate leads, build a service sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients. Assist Sales Key Account Managers in growing Service business. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Work closely with our Service team to develop customized service proposals and pricing strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Work closely with Service management team to assist with customer problem solving to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Work closely with Service Product Line Manager and Service Technologies Manager to identify and assist clients with adoption of new services.

Partnerships & Networking: Identify and Establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to drive business growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Market Research & Strategy: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and trends. assess competitor landscape to discover new business opportunities within the service sector.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor business development activities and report on sales performance.

Key Qualifications & Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the Services industry including. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools SalesForce/Service Max and sales analytics. Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.

Preferred Experience: Experience in Nuclear Industry in Radiation Detection Instrumentation.

Qualifications Experience

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the Services industry including. Experience in Nuclear Industry in Radiation Detection Instrumentation (preferred)
