Job Summary:

Design Technology Specialists have a passion for working with the latest digital technologies in the

Esri

GIS product line and a desire to help design firms work more efficiently and effectively. This position implements and delivers Esri GIS solutions and workflows, consulting, demonstrating, training, and supporting the Esri GIS technologies. This position is an experienced Esri professional who leverages cutting-edge software (such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, various connectors for Autodesk products).

Essential Functions:

Utilize Esri products such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise systems to assist clients in managing and analyzing their spatial data

Provide expert consultation and support to clients on GIS and Esri products

Develop and implement Esri GIS workflows for clients

Develop and deliver customized training programs for clients on GIS and Esri products

Participate in client meetings and presentations

Stay up to date on the latest developments and trends in GIS and Esri products

Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential clients

Collaborate with other teams and departments within the company to ensure that clients' needs and concerns are being met

Perform additional duties as requested or assigned

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAOs):

Passion for GIS and training and expanding knowledge

Knowledge of CAD to GIS/BIM to GIS workflows a plus

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit(or other Autodesk products)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Client-facing skills which encompass a dynamic personality and an ability to interact with all levels of an organization

ArcGIS Enterprise experience preferred

Required Education, Experience, & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Esri products

Strong technical background with experience in GIS and Esri products

Arcade, Python, ArcGIS API for Python, or FME experience

Geodatabase design, maintenance, and versioning experience

ArcGIS Indoors, Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a plus
