Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to join our Financial Systems team in Kinston, NC. This role is contingent upon obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals and the successful closing of a transaction which will establish a new Airbus Affiliate in Kinston, NC (the "Kinston Affiliate"). The Sr. SAP Project Manager would be an employee of the Kinston Affiliate. Responsibilities

Project Management (40%): Manage high-risk and complex projects leveraging cross-functional resources; ensure delivery of major project elements to meet business objectives, scope, quality, time and budget. Full understanding of SAP delivery models by following ASAP methodology, tools, and procedures. Engage with internal and external stakeholders and provide leadership on project outcomes, including scope, cost, schedule, quality and deliverables. Review project plans and scope with the Project team to ensure tasks and deliverable dates are understood. Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to establish scope, cost, schedule, quality, and deliverables to support new or modified business capabilities through SAP projects. Ensure projects are integrated with other applications and provide guidance on SAP implementation methodologies, standards and procedures. Provide leadership to ensure consistent use of Airbus project methodology and leverage SAP portfolio experience to deliver enterprise value initiatives. Escalate issues early and manage ongoing risks; identify solutions that yield positive outcomes. Build proactive communication and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Partner with diverse stakeholders, technical staff and business partners to deliver on enterprise projects with technical and business value.

Expertise on Complex Integration Activities (30%): Spearhead end-to-end SAP FI-CO implementation for the new entity, tailoring configurations to align with local regulatory requirements and global best practices. Develop and execute project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and change management. Lead data migration initiatives to SAP S/4HANA and perform detailed process mapping for core financial cycles (P2P, O2C, R2R). Create and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, user manuals, and SOPs for knowledge transfer and sustainability. Design interfaces and data mappings to ensure accurate transfer of financial data from diverse systems into SAP FI-CO and ensure data reconciliation.

SAP operational / Support activities (25%): Serve as internal contact for SAP solutions for diverse teams and clients; maintain strong relationships with SAP, strategic partners and suppliers. Prepare executive reports using strong verbal and written communication and KPIs. Lead change requests, user acceptance testing, and related activities for SAP systems. Engage in month-end and year-end closing activities for FI-CO modules and provide support to related functions. Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP Finance modules and integration with MM-PP-SD.

Other tasks as requested (5%) Your Boarding Pass (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Information Systems or related field. 8-10 years of SAP ERP experience, including FI-CO modules. Master's degree is highly preferred. PMP Certification and SAP FI/CO certification; knowledge of SAP MM-PP-SD is a plus. Travel required: 15% Domestic and International. Citizenship: Eligible for employment in the US.
