Title: Data Analyst Duration: 6 month contract + extensions Location: 3x a week in Basking Ridge, NJ with 2 days remote Rate: 50-70HR Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio). Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Nice to Have Skills and Experience

Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools. Knowledge of ETL processes. Experience with A/B testing and experimental design. Masters degree preferred. Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, with a strong ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, experience with consumer (preferred) or enterprise products and services, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to support data-driven decision-making across various departments. Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support specific business initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality checks. Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data analysis technologies. Compensation and Benefits

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
