Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support specific business initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality checks. Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data analysis technologies. Compensation and Benefits
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
