Overview
Summary of Job Duties: The Event and Special Projects Coordinator works with the Development and Donor Engagement team and reports to the Senior Director of Engagement. The position coordinates development and donor engagement activities and special events including the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame, advisory board meetings, donor stewardship events, receptions and other events as needed. Additionally, the position will craft donor communication, correspondence and provide administrative support to the Development and Donor Engagement team. This position may work evenings and weekends as needed and may require very limited travel on behalf of the College. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is essential, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. Closing Date:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors' degree from an accredited institution of higher education Experience planning, coordinating and budgeting events External partner engagement Proficient in Microsoft Office Open to overnight travel (minimal) on behalf of the college
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with corporate partners or development and alumni relations Experience working within constituent relations Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM Experience with Workday Knowledge or experience navigating vendor contracts
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
