Citibank, N.A. seeks a Technology Product Management Senior Analyst for its Irving, TX location. Responsibilities
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Integrates Workforce Intelligence and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of Workforce Intelligence reporting and data analytics and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach and taking action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Uses strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Deploys strong communication and diplomacy skills. Supports new recruits significant impact in terms of project size and geography by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in the area of specialization. Assists Product Owners in delivering reporting and data analytics products, features and enhancements. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements
Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing advanced business analysis and IT product management. The experience must include: Developing business requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and authoring of business-critical documents needed for various SDLC compliance; Implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) applications focusing on enhancing system performance, usability, and reliability; Analyzing project management practices utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and translating high-level product visions into detailed prioritized user stories and actively participating in Agile sprint cycles; Evaluating database requirements, working with data teams to ensure data structures, integrity, consistency and performance across applications; Working on operational issues and incidents raised in live environments and contributing to resolution within defined turnaround times; Assessing risk by reviewing and remaining compliant with applicable laws, rules and regulations and conducting and reporting control issues to facilitate workflow. 40 hrs./wk.
