Yes Responsibilities
Lead administrative support for the Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC). Acquire, track, and distribute state-furnished materials for RTMC Integration. Geocode for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) plans. Organize travel and track office and computer accessories for RTMC staff. Perform receptionist duties, distribute mail, and provide interview support for RTMC staff. Minimum Qualifications
Customer service skills to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to internal/external customers in person, on the phone, via Microsoft Teams, and through e-mail and other written correspondence. Skill in database management to enter and retrieve data. Ability to obtain, organize, and draft administrative materials for internal and external dissemination. Additional Requirements
