As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint. PNC provides a best in class office environment; and also supports remote and hybrid work environments. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Responsibilities
Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhances system productivity as needed. Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results. Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges as necessary. Qualifications
Minimum five years of developing/building Business Intelligence reports (Power BI preferred; Tableau acceptable as a secondary option). Knowledge of how to write queries in Microsoft SQL Server. Ability to work independently, gathering requirements from individuals and teams, and presenting to executives or to audiences up to 300 people. Prior experience writing reports using a data warehouse or data lake. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Power Automate, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and how they integrate together. Financial services/lending background. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant experience; certifications often desired. Licenses/Certifications: CBAP (preferred); no required certification(s) specified. Location: Midland, with potential for remote/hybrid work per policy. Benefits
