2-5 years experience with data pipelines and streaming systems Strong Python (async programming) + React/TypeScript skills Database design and real-time data processing experience Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about AI + FinTech Interview Process
