About the Role

Europerfumes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Marketing Coordinator

to support the execution of seasonal marketing initiatives and retail events across all Europerfumes brands and retail partners. This role plays a key part in bringing brand activations to life at the store level, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, field staff, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities Event Execution & Retail Support Execute seasonal event strategies across all retail accounts. Source and ship visual display elements (e.g., acrylic blocks, vases, trays) in alignment with brand guidelines. Coordinate tester, GWP (gift with purchase), and vial orders with warehouse teams. Collaborate with the graphic designer on printed materials; receive, manage, and distribute to field teams. Maintain and update the events tracker with shipment and tracking information. Fulfill one-off visual merchandising or content creation requests (e.g., photoshoots, video shoots). Order banners and sleeves for special events as needed (e.g., Sephora, Nordstrom). Serve as point of contact for field team inquiries regarding shipments, visual elements, and event logistics.

Retailer Marketing Initiatives

Manage sampling and GWP program orders, including holds and releases. Assist in completing detailed intake forms (e.g., GWP, sampling, event submissions) requiring SKU data (UPC, VPN, case pack). Coordinate comp shipments for photoshoots and track accordingly. Communicate tracking and logistics details with retail partners for all sampling initiatives. Oversee special warehouse projects including event kit creation and item kitting.

Administrative & Vendor Coordination

Create and update event concept decks and presentation materials. Support the Head of Trade Marketing with deck creation and campaign planning. Research and manage third-party vendors for event needs and branded assets. Coordinate vendor logistics for experiential activations (e.g., branded carts, promotional items). Manage inventory and organization of event supplies stored at the warehouse events closet.

Qualifications

13 years of experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing, or event planning (beauty or luxury industry experience a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Comfortable working cross-functionally with warehouse, design, sales, and retail partners

The expected base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
