Manufacturing Planner Supervisor
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is responsible for managing the internal Make Planning and Material Handling team within one of the production buildings on site. As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing planning, production support, and material handling teams to ensure efficient production operations. You will oversee the management and staffing of approximately 3-5 direct reports and work to continuously improve production processes through Production Management Teams and operational metrics. Your responsibilities will include: Manufacturing planning and scheduling to meet production demands Production support to ensure smooth operations Material handling and distribution to the production floor Continuous improvement through Production Management Teams and operational metrics Management and staffing of approximately 3-5 direct reports We are looking for a collaborative and experienced leader to join our team. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.) Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have a final secret clearance prior to starting. Desired Skills: Previous leadership experience Experience/understanding of managing budgets Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, office applications and warehouse management systems Demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective decisions Working knowledge of Apriso Warehouse Management Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience Experience and understanding of establishing performance metrics commensurate with role Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
