Were building Ledger, a data management system purpose-built for collecting and reporting data to government. It automates data re-entry into government systems, reimagines collection through seamless workflows, and gives administrators control over collection methods. The result: a dramatic reduction in administrative burden, freeing HSOs to focus on meeting their communities most pressing needs. About The Role
Were seeking a founding engineer who will: Own prototype iterations to quickly validate and refine ideas Collaborate with our design partner and the rest of the team to shape our product roadmap Continuously improve how we plan, track, and execute software development The best candidates
Act with love, humility, taste, and urgency, energized by the opportunity to do good Have 25 years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of taking products from 0?1 Are familiar with TypeScript, React, Tailwind, and (preferred) RPC Compensation
