Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering instructional and behavioral support to students across various grade levels. Facilitate small group and individual activities to reinforce learning objectives. Help manage classroom behavior by implementing established strategies. Support students with special needs to ensure an inclusive learning environment. Assist with preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources. Collaborate with educators and staff to monitor student progress and address challenges. Desired Qualifications and Skills: Experience working with children in an educational or supportive role. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and staff. Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward fostering student growth. Ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team setting. Familiarity with K-12 educational environments is an asset.
