Executive Administrative Assistant Location: Waltham, MA 02451 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Duration: 3 month temporary role Innova Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day operations, expense management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
