Hours:
37.5 hours/week (open to part-time candidates)
Location: Near NewHaven, CT License Requirement:
Must hold a valid
CT SPED License
Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs
Adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet students abilities and goals
Provide direct instruction in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district special education regulations
