Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-12 students to identify learning needs and behavioral challenges Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies in collaboration with school teams Provide counseling and support to students dealing with emotional, social, or behavioral issues Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements Deliver professional development and consultation to staff on best practices for mental health and behavioral support Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational settings Strong assessment and diagnostic skills aligned with state and federal guidelines Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and community resources Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and culturally responsive interventions preferred Location: Greeley, Colorado Duration: Full semester contract This position offers a meaningful opportunity to impact student achievement and well-being during the academic semester.
