Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Communicate order status, delays, or changes to customers proactively
- Handle product inquiries, providing detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing
- Coordinate with production team to confirm lead times and shipping schedules
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery issues, or incorrect orders
