Collaborate with educators to assess student progress and adapt learning strategies accordingly. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and parents. Provide guidance and support to students in both academic and social areas. Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions as required by the school. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
