Job Description
HHM CPAs is looking for an Admin Assistant to support the the day-to-day operations of our back office. This position will be highly critical to our tax season deadline success, as well as to maintaining an efficient flow of high volume internal requests.
This position will interact daily with many shareholders and provide prompt responses to requests. As needed, this position will also assist our billing department during peak season.
This position is on-site in Chattanooga, TN.
Duties:
- Preparing new client setup information & engagement letters
- Proofreading billing forms and documents
- Using of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (as needed)
- Other admin duties as needed
