Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments to develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques and data collection. Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports in compliance with school and district guidelines. Desired Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working with elementary-aged children in an educational setting. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
