Job Title: Billing Administrator Location: Houston, Texas Type: Contract (Four Months) Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 5 Growing Oilfield Services/Environmental company located in Memorial City is looking to add two contract Billing Administrators to their corporate office through the holidays! Focus includes: Organize, review, and determine ticket/invoice processing and routing Manually enter disposal tickets and research invoice discrepancies Create invoices daily/weekly/monthly as required by the customer Maintain pricing schedules in collaboration with sales representatives and the Director of Sales Communicate with receivers, sales, EDI group, and customers regarding sales tickets, issues, questions, and data requests Work with collections and EDI teams to ensure invoices are approved for payment Targeting candidates with: Experience in administrative support, billing, or accounting Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset Offering $24-$25/hr DOE If you are looking for a great opportunity with a growing company—APPLY TODAY!
