As a Market Manager in Business Banking, you'll have an obsession for helping our clients, taking care of our employees, a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, building relationships, and delivering extraordinary customer service. Our Business Banking segment serves the banking needs of businesses with $1 million to $20 million in revenue. The Market Manager will lead teams of Area Managers who manage Business Relationship Managers (BRM) in developing new business and deepening existing relationships to position Chase as the primary bank for our clients. Job Responsibilities Oversee the business banking relationship development activities of an assigned market Provide leadership, management, support, direction, and guidance to area managers Manage performance of each team Manage the market's revenue and profitability Coach area managers on leading their teams Foster a one chase, client-centric environment Represent bank in a community leadership capacity Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum of 10 years' experience in a business banking relationship management role Comprehensive knowledge of deposit and cash management products and service Strong communication skills Manage and lead with vision and purpose Analyze reports, metrics and other data Strong market-wide business network Some travel required Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree in finance or related field Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools Expert knowledge of business, credit underwriting Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
