The Director, National Foodservice Sales is responsible for managing all direct and brokered sales in the food service channel to achieve assigned sales budgets. You will contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the region, as well as oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, lines of credit and accounts receivable to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced and paid accurately and on time. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales. Salary range $105-130k with performance bonus eligibility. New England/New York location. Agri-Mark is an equal opportunity employer. Manages a large geographic area and supports all business operations in an assigned division to achieve company’s long term and short-term goals. Evaluates division performance and makes fact-based recommendations working closely with sales leadership and business development to enhance performance of new strategies for performance and improvements. Leads and drives performance through broker sales teams, fostering collaboration and building working relationships to achieve objectives. Oversees all aspects of broker management to drive partnership and engagement through goal alignment, periodic business reviews, and account strategy building meetings. Develops strategies to build a team environment through frequent information sharing and customer account planning. Applies knowledge of internal and external environments to planning and decision-making; articulates strategic implications of customers, products, and market trends. Demonstrates sound business acumen and judgment to achieve solid business results for Agri-Mark. Develops market and account analyses in the geographic area and creates action plans for beneficial business results. Oversees sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing and credit/collections to ensure timely processing and payment of orders. Plans program initiatives for each customer/market and executes tactics to reach deliverables. Advises senior management on qualified account identification, sales potentials, shortfalls, hurdles, and competitive landscape to support strategies and targets. Contributes to development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for food service sales. Manages promotion and direction of sales activities among customers or prospects in a region; reviews market analyses to determine needs, volume potential, pricing, and discount rates and develops sales campaigns. Coordinates budgeting for the sales division and works with marketing to manage customer-specific marketing funds. Manages all aspects of Blacksmith TPO/TPM with support from customer service and broker teams. Qualifications

Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented; able to handle multiple duties under tight time frames. Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently and with internal and external teams. Proficiency with various software applications; strong data skills; basic understanding of accounting principles; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with market research data such as ACNielsen/Circana desired. BA/BS required. Education
