We are seeking a dynamic professional who can serve as a Lead Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) presales and project delivery. This hybrid role combines deep expertise with strategic client engagement to deliver high-value solutions and drive successful implementations. You will not only be a part of the sales process but ensure we deliver on our promises.

Lead client meetings for discovery, planning, and envisioning of solutions. Present and create demos, whiteboarding, and provide technical RFP responses. Participate in discovery meetings to understand current business processes and legacy data components. Conduct GAP analyses and validate business practices in Dynamics D365. Identify creative solutions for non-standard processes and configure applications; accordingly, review configuration and design changes to ensure consistency. Develop and deliver presentations outlining findings and recommendations. Translate functional business objectives into functional documents and workflows. Serve as liaison with project managers and technical leads for solution design and scheduling. Collaborate with sales on demonstrations, scoping, and estimation. Stay updated on latest D365 features including Microsoft Co-Pilot, AI, and Agentification. Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in a functional solution architect role with AX/D365 F&SCM. Completion of multiple full life cycle implementations (minimum of 7). Significant D365 delivery experience in accounting, finance, and supply chain operations to support functional resources. Presales experience with the ability to prepare and demonstrate various D365 business processes including out of the box and custom configurations. Proven external client-facing experience in ERP consulting. Industry experience in Food & Beverage, Manufacturing and/or Life Sciences. Assist Sales team in writing project scopes and SOWs. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Teams, MS Office apps, SharePoint, and DevOps. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications (Certifications)
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics D365 including MB-310, MB-330, MB-335, and MB-700. BA/BS in Accounting, Business, or Information Technology. Full-Time Benefits
