Overview
ProSidian Seeks a Information Technology (IT) Systems Support Specialist [DOE0051050] for Program Support on an Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Information Technology (IT) Systems Support Specialist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as the DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role within Finance and Administration Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO); ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Responsibilities and Duties
Provide Tier 1/2 support, manage accounts, patch systems, and document knowledge base. Provide Finance and Administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation support, as applicable. The role is located in the Pacific Northwest Region, near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Initial work site address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354. Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For Information Technology (IT) Systems Support Specialist [DOE0051050] (DOE0051050) Candidates: 47+ years IT support; DOE preferred. Education: AA/BS in IT or related field; certifications helpful. This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Environmental Management Sector; candidates principally support Finance and Administration Functional Area. Skills Required Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily business activities, aligned with Program Support activities in Finance and Administration Functional Area. Service desk tools, O365, troubleshooting. Competencies Customer focus; documentation; teamwork; adaptability; and other core competencies as described in the job posting. Ancillary Details
Publish self-service guides for DOE users. IT systems/application support responsibilities and potential staffing variability (15%).
