Virtual within the US Overview Blue Yonder is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Delivery Services team, where your focus is to ensure customers realize value from their
Blue Yonder Retail Planning solutions across the US and Canada.
In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products, such as
Planning, Assortment, and Allocation , and stay on the leading edge with our latest product innovations. You will serve as the functional liaison across stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution. What You'll Do Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Retail Planning software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies. Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to meet customer requirements and business processes. Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline. Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to steady state operations. Sustain a balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time-to-value and customer satisfaction. Assess business needs outside standard solutions and scope, considering integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps. Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and projects. Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer-specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements. What we are looking for Minimum 6-10 years of demonstrable experience delivering
Advanced Retail Planning solutions end-to-end in the retail industry . Demonstrable experience with
Blue Yonder Assortment Planning . Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred. Experience conducting design sessions, interpreting business requirements, mapping to Retail Solution functionalities, performing system integration, and assisting with user acceptance testing and issue resolution. Experience implementing solutions leveraging Cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure. Ability to utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint for managing documents and communications. The salary range for this position is: USD $99,208.00 - $143,896.00 This salary range reflects the anticipated base salary based on current data; minimums and maximums may vary by location. Salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications, and other relevant factors. The role will also be eligible for annual performance bonuses or commissions.
