Senior People Business Partner at BlackLine. This role provides advice and direction, supporting key business initiatives, and ensuring maximum organizational effectiveness. The Senior HR Business Partner works closely with senior leadership on strategic people and organization decisions, engagement, employee development, policy, compensation, and performance management initiatives. The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic and hands-on role that provides full-cycle HR support and drives talent initiatives and process improvements. Responsibilities

Provide strategic thought partnership and coaching to leaders to build high-performing teams with business outcomes in mind. Partner with executives, senior leaders, and mid-level managers to identify and address human capital challenges or opportunities through design, development, and implementation of HR practices to support strategic growth (e.g., Talent & Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement). Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies; assess and anticipate HR-related needs of the organization and business units. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Operations to execute people strategy for the organization. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Build relationships across the organization to foster open communication and address concerns before escalation. Establish key talent metrics and KPIs to measure performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities. Use data-driven approaches to analyze trends, inform decisions, and implement actions to increase productivity and retention. Support cyclical programs including performance reviews, compensation (merit) processes, and global engagement surveys. Collaborate with Talent Development to shape development programs for high-potential employees and key talent. Partner with Total Rewards to align compensation with market expectations. Design and facilitate change management and communication strategies related to HR and organization-wide programs. Support employee relations investigations, partnering with internal and external counsel where appropriate. Work with People shared services and Centers of Excellence to ensure best practices and continuous process improvement. What You'll Bring

Background of at least eight (8) years as an HR Business Partner at a mid-large size company partnering with senior-level leadership; total HR or related experience of about 12 years is expected. BA/BS in a relevant discipline (human resources, business, psychology) or relevant experience demonstrating impact on business outcomes through people strategy. Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and navigate the organization. Objective advisor who can collaborate with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and present talent implications and solutions. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to work swiftly under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities while remaining calm. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS (Workday preferred) and ATS platforms (iCIMS desirable). Can-do, proactive attitude; focus on solving problems and preventing them in the future. Relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus. Experience in a global company and in supporting Product, Engineering or GTM functions. Experience supporting employees in Mexico; Spanish language skills are a plus. USD $125,100.00 - USD $155,700.00 Pay Transparency Statement

Placement within this range depends on factors including prior relevant experience, skill set, and geographic location.
