• Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)

Job Description:

This this role, you will have the ability to promote your keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and customer centric approach. While performing extensive data-entry tasks, you will also collaborate with various internal teams and provide feedback for process improvements.

Essential Duties:

· Responsibilities include data entry, utility outreach, prioritizing customer requests, and meeting weekly metrics.

· Audit work, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback for process improvements. 

· Ensure timely onboarding of customers onto the platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 1-3 years of work experience that includes customer facing responsibilities and/or operations support for a customer

• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects within established timelines and work effectively under pressure

• Proficient skills with Excel – pivot tables, vlookup, etc. is a plus

• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) and ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously
