What You’ll Do

• Be the first line of support for customers—helping troubleshoot lighting and control systems used at everything from local ballfields to professional stadiums.
• Solve electrical and communication issues (AC/DC power, wireless, fiber, Ethernet, cellular).
• Work with engineering, project management, field techs, and R&D to quickly resolve problems.
• Perform root-cause analysis to improve products and ensure top performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong problem-solving skills with a technical or electrical background.
• Experience in at least three of these areas: networking, wireless, fiber, Ethernet, or cellular.
• Knowledge of single- and three-phase electrical power (AC/DC).
• Clear communication skills (Spanish/English bilingual a plus).
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code is a bonus.
