Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $178,000.00/yr

Head of Growth

to take the wheel and drive the next wave of pipeline, revenue, and GTM scale.

What you’ll own This isn’t a brand or content marketing role. It’s a

growth execution

position for someone who can take strategy and translate it into

repeatable results . You’ll report directly to the founders and operate as a senior individual contributor with cross-functional visibility from day one.

You’ll be responsible for:

Running outbound and digital campaigns end-to-end — from idea to launch to results

Building scalable demand-gen playbooks using Apollo, Outreach, Clay, SEO, and paid

Partnering with sales, product, and leadership to refine messaging and GTM positioning

Launching growth experiments, tracking performance, and iterating with urgency

Owning growth KPIs across the funnel and building the foundation for future hires

Who we’re looking for

2–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or GTM (Seed to Series A ideal)

Experience working in a high-growth, execution-focused environment

Track record of running outbound and digital campaigns that delivered results

Strong operator with a bias for action — not a strategy-only background

Sharp communicator who can interface directly with C-level and founders

Healthcare or AI exposure is a plus, but not required

The offer 0.14–0.86% equity depending on seniority and scope
