The Human Resources Coordinator provides critical support to Inspire Brands' Corporate HRBP team, HR Leadership Team (HRLT), and Executive Recruiting function. This role is designed for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day HR support with high-visibility executive recruiting activities. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in delivering a "white glove" candidate experience for executive talent, coordinating HR initiatives, and supporting special projects and events across the enterprise.

* This is an 80% onsite required role

Key Responsibilities

Corporate HRBP & HRLT Support

Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate HRBP team, including scheduling, reporting, and document preparation. Partner with HRLT members on meeting coordination, logistics, and preparation of leadership materials. Assist with HR program rollouts, communications, and tracking deliverables across corporate functions. Coordinates the monthly HR, HRLT and HRBP meeting cadence.

Executive Recruiting Support

Partner with Executive Recruiting Manager to source and engage top executive talent. Coordinate interview logistics and provide on-site support, ensuring a seamless "white glove" experience for executive candidates. Maintain recruiting trackers, candidate files, and communication templates to support executive search processes. Assist with preparation of candidate briefs, interview guides, and feedback summaries.

Events & Special Projects

Support planning and execution of HR-sponsored events, meetings, and engagement activities. Manage special administrative projects assigned by HR leadership, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Experience, and HR Operations to align on cross-functional projects as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience in a corporate environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service mindset. High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (Workday experience preferred).
