Fresno, CA | $21$22/hour | Full-time, On-site An established OB/Gyn practice in Fresno is looking for a detail-oriented New Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. This position is focused on welcoming new patients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring expecting mothers and all patients receive timely, compassionate care. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and schedule new patient appointments Coordinate OB/Gyn visits, prenatal care schedules, and follow-up visits Arrange outside referrals and services as needed Track and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy in scheduling systems Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism with patients and providers Support front office operations to keep patient flow smooth and organized Requirements Minimum
3 years of medical office experience
(with at least
1 year in scheduling ) At least
1 year of OB/Gyn scheduling experience
required Epic and NextGen software experience (minimum 1 year each)
