Concur System Coordinator
Primoris Services Corporation is searching for a responsible individual to serve as a Concur System Coordinator. This is an entry level role that will perform a variety of administrative and supporting functions. Duties of the Concur Coordinator will include providing support to the Program manager and Concur users, as well as, assisting in daily tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Monitoring the Concur team mailboxes and responding, as first level support. Acting as a point of contact for internal customers calls and emails. Assist Concur user with their online travel bookings. Assist with corporate card requests, inquiries and maintenance. Assist in the preparation of reports, as needed. Assisting the Program Manager with additional task as needed. Basic Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Good written and verbal communication skills. Good customer support and people skills. Good ability to prioritize work. Good problem-solving skills.
