Imaging Administration Clerk
Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of an assigned clinical area. Greet patients and visitors, answer general inquiries, and schedule patients for appointments. Answer, screen, and route telephone calls. Perform general clerical duties including filing, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Create various reports and documents. Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient care. Perform unit safety checks. Assist with meeting patient needs and escalates as appropriate. May enter and maintain timekeeping changes and staff schedules. May assist with stocking supplies and keeping unit and patient rooms clean and orderly. BLS Provider preferred within 1 month (30 days) of hire or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
