Foundational Operations And Administrative Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a foundational operations and administrative capacity. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing direct support to the Chief of Staff and the executive leadership team. You'll be at the center of a fast-paced, high-performing environment where precision, discretion, and adaptability are key. From managing executive calendars and coordinating travel to assisting with prepping board materials, your contributions will be essential to keeping the organization running smoothly. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on organization, communicates clearly, and is eager to grow within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and appointment logistics with precision and discretion for multiple firm leaders Support timekeeping and expense reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for multiple firm leaders Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations for multiple firm leaders Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and executive engagements (i.e. booking meeting spaces, dinners, etc.) Assist in the preparation and organization of meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation and with meeting minutes, as needed Maintain and organize internal documentation and records Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables across teams Draft, proofread, and edit various emails, documents, reports, and projects as needed Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiencies Develop a deep knowledge of the firm, understanding each department's role within the firm's structure Handle confidential information with professionalism and care Maintain a high level of support, trust, and confidentiality Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree Technical/Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and a natural inclination for organization Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong administrative skills Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer skills Able to manage multiple priorities for a wide range of individuals at any given time Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of individuals at the firm Location: Akron, OH; Baltimore, MD; Cleveland, OH; Milwaukee, WI; Youngstown, OH ( Hybrid ) #LifeatCohen Sure, we like numbers.
