Provide accounts payable accounting / office support to ensure effective processing and payment of bills and general administrative support of the office. Summary Of Essential Job Functions
Process daily check requests and ACH payments to landlords or vendors Verify and post monthly bills into CRM system Ensure all vendor payments are made in a timely manner Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process payment accordingly Research and resolve issues with vendors Respond to accounts payable related questions from vendors as well as internal inquiries File all bills and payment in designated vendor file folders Maintain vendor and customer information in internal systems as necessary Aids with accounting department calls as well as calls to the main phone line Assist with year-end 1099-MISC preparation as necessary Work on other special projects or accounts payable duties not listed above, which can vary on occasion as determined by management Minimum Requirement
Possess a strong work ethic Strong math and research skills Strong attention to detail, as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly Excellent communication, grammar, and phone skills Self-starter, highly organized and able to meet deadlines Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment High School diploma or GED - BA Degree in Accounting preferred Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of one (1) years of experience in accounts payable and general office experience.
