Immediate Call Center Representative Needed
Opportunity to work for one of the largest banking/financial organizations in the US Full time opportunity with room for advancement, full training provided Shift Monday - Friday 930am-6pm $25/hr Westborough, MA (in office only) Qualifications
2 years of call center experience or banking experience Excellent communication skills Microsoft Office proficient Ability to manage inbound phone calls Description Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all @types of security transactions. Responds to customer inquiries. Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements. Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
