Kingwood Pines Hospital Receptionist Position

Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116 bed facility located in the beautiful residential Kingwood community. We are located about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health. The hospital also has services in intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services. Position Summary

Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Receptionist. The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to provide the highest level of professionalism, customer service and telephone etiquette to the facility and all visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested. Assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions. Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a position requiring contact with the public. Computer and word processing experience. Experience operating a telephone console with multiple lines preferred. Experience in the hospital setting preferred. What Do Our Current Employees Value At UHS?
