Licensed Plumber

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction plumbing and will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and physical stamina to handle various tasks on construction sites. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation and repairs. Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks to ensure proper connections. Conduct welding tasks as needed for specific plumbing applications. Carry out heavy lifting and physical labor associated with plumbing installations and repairs. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. Provide maintenance person services as required for additional repairs or remodeling projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing systems. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Experience in reading blueprints and schematics is essential. Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing tools and equipment is required. Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Carpentry skills are beneficial for remodeling tasks associated with plumbing work. A valid drivers license may be required depending on job assignments.
