The Role

The Data Analyst role will report to the Senior Data Analyst/Team Lead and work within the Data Integrity team. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of data-driven analytics for one or more product offerings. The Data Analyst will conduct in-depth analyses of data from incoming data files through production tables, perform data quality checks, and provide meaningful interpretation of metrics and trends. The role serves as a leading interface between our clients and cross-functional teams with engineers, customer success, and product.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage data analysis projects related to data integrity, collaborating across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, reliability, and completeness
  • Evaluate complex datasets to identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and monitor key performance metrics
  • Translate data findings into operational insights
  • Write efficient SQL queries, perform deep-dive analyses, and develop repeatable data-check processes
  • Collaborate to create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with data science, customer success, and product teams to resolve data quality issues and facilitate resubmission of corrected files
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in product offerings and supporting operational/performance data
  • Maintain documentation that clearly defines acceptance criteria aligned with business needs and system requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
  • Previous experience with healthcare data (eligibility, pharmacy claims, or medical claims) is preferred
  • Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights related to data quality and accuracy
  • Basic SQL proficiency; Snowflake experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and be innovative in data analysis
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical findings to diverse audiences

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000 and may include additional compensation components based on experience, location, and business needs.
