Overview

South Main Trucking, an affiliate of Scott Electric Company, has a current opening at our Springfield, OH branch for a Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver. M-F hours vary 5 am-5 pm (8 hr. shifts) + OT.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate box trucks for deliveries
  • Load and unload materials from trucks
  • Deliver goods to various sites in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Ability to regularly lift 50-75 lbs
  • Prior experience in van/box truck operation
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus
  • Electrical product knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
  • Minimum age of 21 (insurance requirement)
  • Must pass a DOT Physical
  • Must be able to unload the assigned truck at delivery sites

Must submit a background check and drug testing
