We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to work with multiple caseloads based on candidate preference. The ideal candidates will have experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting and possess strong clinical skills to address a variety of speech and language disorders. As an SLP, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific communication goals Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom environment Provide consultation and support to parents/guardians regarding strategies to promote communication development at home Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY) Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Benefits: Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications Onsite and remote SLP mentor Comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, and Vision) Reimbursed for additional resources including materials and CEUs Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Katelyn Bruno
