A full-time Occupational Therapist (Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred) position is available to provide services in a K-12 school setting near Hastings, NY. This contract role is to cover a Maternity Leave from September 3, 2025, through November 1, 2025, with a caseload of approximately 34 students spanning all K-12 grades. An optional transitional overlap period with the outgoing OT is available starting August 15, 2025, to ensure a smooth handoff.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to support students developmental and functional needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards Participate in meetings and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to promote students educational success Qualifications: Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy NY State Occupational Therapy license (required) Experience in school-based occupational therapy is highly desirable Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred Location: Brooklyn, NY area (K-12 school) Contract Details and Benefits: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday Competitive pay with guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services Weekly pay for on-site candidates Reimbursement for mileage and continuing education units (CEUs) Benefits include medical, dental, and 401K matching options This role offers an excellent opportunity to support student development in a dynamic school environment with full contractual benefits.
