A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Newark, NJ. This contract position runs for the full school year, starting ASAP through June 24, 2026. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish to support a bilingual student population effectively.

Qualifications: Valid Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or relevant credentials for SLPAs Experience in pediatric settings, particularly K-12 schools Familiarity with teletherapy services is preferred Current licensure or certification to practice in school or healthcare environments Completion or in progress of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLPs is acceptable Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to deliver services Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies and regulations Location: Newark, New Jersey This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication skills of students in a dynamic school environment while working full-time throughout the academic year.
