School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Rochester, New Hampshire

A healthcare opportunity is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to two middle school students in Rochester, NH. This contract role spans the academic year with an additional four weeks during the summer (July 7 - July 28), offering consistent, structured hours in a supportive educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized nursing care to two assigned middle school students during school hours. Collaborate with educational staff to ensure students health needs are met in accordance with care plans. Monitor and document students health status and respond promptly to medical needs. Support students participation in school activities by managing health-related interventions. Assist in coordinating communication between healthcare providers, families, and school personnel. Qualifications & Experience: Current and valid LPN or LVN license. Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school or educational settings. Ability to work closely with children requiring specialized health support. Strong communication skills and professionalism in a multi-disciplinary environment. Reliable and committed to maintaining consistent coverage throughout the school year and summer term. Location: Rochester, NH
