This opportunity is for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services in a high school setting located in Oakland, CA. The position is a contract role for the current school year (CSY) and requires a professional dedicated to supporting students with speech and language needs.

Responsibilities include: Conducting thorough evaluations of students experiencing speech and language disorders Developing and implementing customized treatment plans tailored to individual goals Delivering targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills Monitoring and accurately documenting progress throughout treatment Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care Engaging families in the therapy process to support student success Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment while focusing on the unique needs of high school students.
