Provide specialized therapeutic services as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) within a K-12 educational setting, supporting student development and success. Schedule: 3 days per week, approximately 21 hours total Duration: Contract through the 2025-2026 school year Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy assistance to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing their unique needs. Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other school professionals to develop and adjust therapy goals. Document student progress and participate in team meetings to ensure coordinated care. Support a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student independence and engagement. Qualifications and Experience: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required. Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
